Bulk Import & Redesigned Lists

Bulk Import & Redesigned Lists

You can now import thousands of products and customers at once from a CSV file, and both list pages have been redesigned for a better experience.

Bulk CSV Import

Import up to 5,000 products or customers in a single operation. Click the Import button on the Products or Customers page to open the import wizard.

The wizard has four steps:

  1. Upload — Drop your CSV file or download a ready-made template
  2. Map Columns — Auto-detects your column names, with manual override
  3. Preview — Review your data and see any validation errors before importing
  4. Import — Tracks progress and shows a summary when done

Supported Fields

Products: Name, Model, Price, Description, Active

Customers: Name, Identifier, Email, Phone, Address, Zip Code, Country, Description

Redesigned Product & Customer Lists

Both the Products and Customers pages have been rebuilt with a new data table.

Faster Pagination

Navigating through large lists is now significantly faster and more reliable, even when your data changes between pages.

Column Visibility

Choose which columns to show or hide. Your preferences are remembered across sessions.

Custom Product Properties

Every business has unique product attributes that matter. Now you can define custom properties for your products and use them to organize, filter, and track your entire catalog.

Define Your Own Properties

Create property definitions that match your business needs. Navigate to Product Properties in your dashboard to set up custom attributes like:

  • Weight with units (kg, lbs)
  • Color with predefined options
  • Material as free-form text
  • Warranty Expiry dates
  • In Stock toggles

Each property can be marked as required, ensuring your team captures essential product information consistently.

Five Flexible Property Types

Choose the right data type for each attribute:

Filter Products by Properties

The real power comes from filtering. Use property filters on the Products page to find exactly what you need:

  • Search text properties for keywords
  • Set min/max ranges for numbers
  • Select multiple options for dropdowns
  • Filter by date ranges
  • Toggle boolean filters

Combine property filters with category and status filters for precise product searches.

Get Started

  1. Go to Product Properties in your dashboard
  2. Click New Property to create your first definition
  3. Open any product and assign property values
  4. Use property filters to search your catalog

Invoice Bulk Actions

Invoice Bulk Actions

Managing large numbers of invoices just got easier! You can now select multiple invoices and perform bulk actions on them, saving you time and effort.

Select Multiple Invoices

Use the checkboxes in the invoices table to select one or more invoices. A convenient Select All checkbox in the header lets you quickly select all invoices on the current page.

When you have invoices selected, a bulk actions bar appears with the available operations.

Bulk Delete

Need to clean up old draft invoices or remove multiple records at once? Select the invoices you want to remove and click Delete Selected. A confirmation dialog ensures you don't accidentally delete important data.

Bulk Status Change

Update the status of multiple invoices simultaneously. Select your invoices, click Change Status, and choose the new status from the dropdown:

  • Draft - Work in progress
  • Sent - Invoice delivered to customer
  • Paid - Payment received
  • Overdue - Past due date
  • Cancelled - Invoice voided

This is perfect for marking multiple invoices as paid after a batch payment or updating statuses after sending out a round of invoices.

Invoice Editing

You can now edit existing invoices in PineBill! Whether you need to fix a typo, update line items, or change payment methods, we've made it easy to modify invoices after creation.

How It Works

Click the Edit button on any invoice details page to open the full invoice generator with all data pre-filled. This gives you complete control to modify:

  • Products and services (add, remove, or update items)
  • Customer information
  • Invoice details (dates, numbers, currency)
  • Payment methods
  • Company information
  • Language and template settings
  • More!

When you save your changes, the PDF is automatically regenerated with the updated information.
