Export Your Invoices in One Download
Need to send a month of invoices to your accountant, keep a backup for your records, or check payments in a spreadsheet? Instead of downloading invoices one at a time, you can now export them all at once.
How It Works
Go to Invoices and click the new Export button above the list.
- Export a whole page — if you haven't picked any invoices, everything on the page is included
- Export only what you need — tick the invoices you want first, and only those are exported
- Narrow it down first — search or filter by status, date, or customer, then export exactly those invoices
Your download starts automatically when it's ready.

What You Get
You'll receive one ZIP file with:
- A PDF of every invoice, ready to send, print, or archive
- An Excel spreadsheet summarizing each invoice — customer, dates, status, taxes, and totals — plus a second tab listing every item on every invoice
The spreadsheet is ready to use as soon as you open it: sort by due date, filter by customer, or add up totals without any extra setup.
Export as Many Pages as You Like
Each download gets its own name, so exporting several pages in a row won't replace a file you've already saved.
If an invoice doesn't have a PDF yet, the rest of your export still goes through, and PineBill lets you know which invoices were left out.
