Notification System

PineBill now includes notifications for important document activity. You can see when customers open invoice and estimate email links, review notification history, and control notification emails from settings.

What's New

• Invoice opened alerts — get notified when a customer opens an invoice email link
• Estimate opened alerts — get notified when a customer opens an estimate email link
• Email notification settings — turn invoice and estimate activity emails on or off
• Realtime updates — receive dashboard toast alerts with a sound when new activity comes in

Where to Find It

• Open Notifications from the dashboard header to review activity.
• Open Setup → Notification Settings to manage email notification preferences.
