PineBill TeamSending an invoice or estimate often means sending something alongside it — a signed contract, a timesheet, a delivery note, or receipts backing up the line items. You can now attach those files directly to the email instead of sending a separate message.
Attach Your Own Files
Open any invoice or estimate, choose Send via Email, and drop files into the new attachments area.
- Up to 3 files per email, totalling 3 MB or less
- Drag and drop, or click to browse
- Running counter shows how many files and how much of the size budget you've used
- Remove any file before sending, without starting over
- Supported types — PDFs, images (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF), Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, plain text, Markdown, CSV, JSON, XML, and ZIP archives
The invoice or estimate PDF itself is still attached automatically and doesn't count toward the 3-file or 3 MB limit. Attachments go out to every recipient on the send, alongside the usual secure link to view the document online.
